Overview
Aerocuity is seeking a Head of Production to support our growing manufacturing operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating production activities, managing personnel and resources, and ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. As a growing business, the role will also involve hands-on participation in production activities where required.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a production, manufacturing or workshop management role.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Experience planning and coordinating manufacturing or assembly activities.
- Good understanding of quality and production control principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience within high-growth aerospace, defence, automotive, marine or other engineering sectors.
- Willingness to adopt a hands-on approach and support production activities as required.
- Knowledge of composite manufacturing, CNC machining, laser cutting or finishing processes.
- Experience leading and developing production teams.
