We are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator who can organise training activity, maintain learning records, support programme delivery, and help ensure development initiatives run smoothly from planning through completion.
You will work closely with trainers, employees, managers, and external providers to coordinate learning schedules, prepare materials, track participation, and support a positive development experience.

Key Responsibilities
Training Coordination: Organise training sessions, workshops, and development activities and ensure schedules, venues, and resources are confirmed.
Learner Support: Provide employees and participants with clear information about training dates, requirements, materials, and programme expectations.
Trainer Coordination: Work with internal trainers and external providers to confirm availability, session requirements, and delivery arrangements.
Learning Administration: Maintain accurate attendance records, course information, completion records, and supporting documentation.
Scheduling: Manage training calendars, session dates, room bookings, and programme timelines and communicate changes promptly.
Materials Preparation: Prepare training packs, presentations, attendance sheets, certificates, and other learning resources.
Progress Tracking: Monitor participation, completion activity, and outstanding learning requirements and follow up where necessary.
Reporting: Prepare basic training reports, participation summaries, and programme updates using information from learning records and internal systems.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, HR support, programme administration, or a closely related role.
Organisation: Strong planning skills with the ability to manage multiple training activities, deadlines, and stakeholder requirements at the same time.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with confidence working with trainers, employees, managers, and external providers.
Attention to Detail: Able to maintain accurate learning records, follow programme processes, and ensure required documentation is complete.
Customer Service: Professional, approachable, and responsive when supporting learners or handling training related queries.
Digital Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office, learning management systems, scheduling tools, or training databases is preferred.
Problem Solving: Practical and dependable with the ability to respond effectively to timetable changes, attendance issues, and delivery challenges.
Mindset: You are organised, approachable, and development focused. You take ownership of learning activities, communicate clearly, and stay focused on helping training programmes run smoothly and deliver practical value.
Pay: £2,600.00-£3,100.00 per month
