Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, you'll support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, compliance and team performance. You'll lead by example, manage kitchen operations, control costs and stock, and help develop a motivated, high-performing team.
What you’ll do:

Deliver consistently high-quality food, presentation and service standards.

Support menu development and drive continuous improvement.

Manage food ordering, stock control, waste and kitchen budgets.

Maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety and company procedures.

Lead, coach and develop the kitchen team, including training and performance management.

Work closely with Front of House and wider catering teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Promote sustainability, cleanliness and operational excellence.
What you'll bring:

Previous Sous Chef or senior kitchen leadership experience.

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Experience managing food costs, stock and budgets.

Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate.

NVQ Level 2/706/2 Chef qualification (or equivalent).
