Tradelink Direct is one of the UK’s largest fabricators of PVC-U and aluminium Windows, Doors and Conservatories. As one of the industry’s leaders, we offer our loyal customer base, a one stop shop, providing all their product needs from one place, whether it be standard white PVC, coloured foiled variations or even a timber alternative range.
We are looking to recruit a casual driver. This exciting new role will involve responsibility for the day-to-day service of our despatch/ Warehouse, to ensure that all procedures, customer service and brand awareness are followed in accordance with the company guidelines.
This is varied role in a fantastic team environment which offers the opportunity to make a difference to our business.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work in a busy environment, use their own initiative, provide exceptional levels of customer service, and push to go the extra mile and be flexible in working hours.
Main requirements of the role
Vehicles must be loaded in a safe and secure manner as per the warehouse SOP’S and all documented loading processes are adhered to.
Housekeeping duties to be tasked to all, a culture of “Clean as You Go” is expected.
Ensure strong communications exist throughout the operation, with all departments.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the warehouse operation and that these improvements are communicated to your line manager.

Person Specification
· Must demonstrate a strong sense of operational focus.
· Excellent verbal, and good basic standard of written, communication skills.
· Self-motivated and systematic.
· Excellent time management and organisational skills.
· Commitment to continuous improvement.
· Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
· A reasonable standard of physical fitness is required as this is a hands-on role with repetitive and at times heavy lifting
