About Maison Hospitality Group
Maison Hospitality Group provides professional cleaning, housekeeping and property-care services across London and Greater London.
We work across private residences, Airbnb and holiday lets, end-of-tenancy properties, commercial offices, events and bespoke properties.
As we expand across London, we are looking for experienced, reliable and professional self-employed cleaning contractors to join our growing contractor network.
The Opportunity
This is a flexible self-employed contractor opportunity, not a fixed-hours position.
Cleaning assignments will be offered based on:
- Your availability
- The areas of London you choose to cover
- Your experience and suitability for the particular property
- Client requirements
You will be free to indicate when and where you are available and may accept or decline assignments offered to you.
Assignments may be one-off, recurring or contract-based, depending on the client.
Types of Work Available
We are particularly interested in cleaners with experience in one or more of the following:
- Airbnb & holiday-let turnovers
- Serviced accommodation
- Private home cleaning & housekeeping
- End-of-tenancy cleaning
- Move-in / move-out cleaning
- Commercial offices
- Events and pre/post-event cleaning
- Luxury residences and bespoke property care
You do not need experience in every category. Please tell us which areas you specialise in.
What We're Looking For
You should be:
- Experienced in professional cleaning or housekeeping
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Highly attentive to detail
- Professional when working in client properties
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to follow property-specific cleaning instructions and checklists
- Able to communicate clearly with our operations team
- Able to travel to assignments within your chosen areas of London
- Able to provide references
- Legally able to undertake self-employed work in the UK
- Comfortable completing job checklists and providing completion photographs where required
Having your own cleaning equipment, transport and public liability insurance is advantageous, but please apply even if you do not currently have all three.
Areas We Cover
We are recruiting contractors across all areas of London and Greater London, including:
Central London North London North-West London West London South-West London South London South-East London East London and surrounding Greater London areas.
You will not be expected to cover all of London. When applying, tell us your home postcode and the areas you are comfortable travelling to.
Pay
£15–£18 per hour, depending on experience and assignment.
Some work may be offered at an agreed fixed rate per job, particularly Airbnb turnovers, end-of-tenancy cleans and other property-specific assignments.
Flexibility
This opportunity would suit experienced cleaners looking for additional flexible work alongside their existing clients or commitments.
There are no guaranteed hours. Assignments are offered according to client demand, location, your availability and suitability for the work.
As Maison Hospitality Group grows, there will be opportunities for reliable contractors to receive regular and recurring assignments.
