Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly with a positive attitude, escalating issues when necessary
- Support barista duties by preparing coffee and beverages with attention to quality and safety standards
Skills
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and food safety protocols to ensure hygienic practices
- Familiarity with food preparation processes and restaurant operations to assist seamlessly during busy periods
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating proficiency in coffee brewing and beverage presentation
