As Quality Manager, you'll protect product integrity, own the QMS and lead the teams that keep everything safe, legal and customer-ready.
You'll take charge of internal audits, HACCP, external audit management and all site compliance activities, making sure hygiene, pest control and GMP never slip. You'll oversee supplier performance, testing programmes, environmental monitoring and allergen controls, reacting quickly and decisively when issues arise.
On the leadership front, you'll guide QA, lab, hygiene and compliance teams, building capability and driving quality awareness across the site while acting as the key technical contact for customers and regulators.
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Food Science or a related field
- Strong experience in food manufacturing quality management
- In-depth understanding of BRCGS, HACCP and retailer standards
- Confident managing non-conformances, corrective actions and certification
- Leadership skills, with an ability to influence positive behaviour
