About the role:
This role is to support a 15 year old girl who has complex needs due to a traumatic brain injury. She is a wheelchair user, has epilepsy, a mini button for feeds and meds, non-verbal and communicates using makaton and her communication book. She lives at home with her family, and we provide support in the family home.
When you will be working:
- Thursday and Friday evenings (3pm-9pm)
- Plus occasional additional shifts to cover for other team members holiday- Mon-Wed evenings (3pm-9pm) and Saturday and Sunday days (9am-9pm)
In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
