Role Definition
Assist the tooling engineer with PPM on tools and equipment
Carry out morning tests on the tooling inside Retail to confirm it is ready for production
Assist with other tasks around the Engineering department as required
To ensure all tooling and services are carried out, utilising the companies chosen Pre Planned Maintenance system
Carrying out prestart checks and tests on the equipment prior to lines starting
Comply with site H&S and technical requirements around food safety
Assist with other tasks around the engineering department as required
Assist with 5s around the workshop/department to maintain required standard
Assist (as required) with breakdowns to tooling including out of hours repair
Liaise/communicate with colleagues and departments and attend meetings where required
Ensure our products meet our customer requirements
Carry out any other duties that may be reasonably requested by your line manager
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
The candidate will enjoy challenging, problem-solving roles and be ideally suited to a fast-paced environment
Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task
Be able to take direction and follow instruction
Hours of Work:
6am - 2.30pm weekdays
