Regent Property is a long-established, independent family business managing a substantial residential portfolio across Glasgow City Centre and the West End.
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who is ready to take ownership of a portfolio, build trusted relationships and play an important part in the continued development of our business.
This opportunity would suit someone who has built a solid foundation in Scottish residential lettings and now wants greater responsibility, professional development and a clear path for progression.
About you
You will be a confident and capable property professional with:
- At least two years’ experience in Scottish residential lettings or property management
- A sound working knowledge of Scottish PRT legislation and compliance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, solution-focused approach
- The confidence to manage relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- The ability to prioritise a varied workload and see matters through to completion
- A professional manner and strong attention to detail
- An interest in developing your knowledge and progressing your career
Experience with SME Professional, Fixflo or another property management system would be useful, although system-specific training can be provided.
You will take day-to-day responsibility for your own residential portfolio, supporting landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle. The role covers tenancy administration, maintenance, compliance, rent accounts and occasional property visits, with support from an experienced and collaborative team.
A full UK driving licence is desirable, but access to your own car is not essential.
