About the Role We’re looking for a confident and compassionate Care Team Leader to support our residents and lead our care team. If you’re experienced, motivated, and committed to high‑quality care, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person‑centred care
- Support residents with personal care and mobility
- Monitor and record wellbeing
- Lead and support the night care team
- Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and professionalism
- Promote the positive reputation of the home
Requirements
- Experience in care and team leadership
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care
- Medication trained
- Flexible and reliable, including weekends
- Strong communication and people skills
