Temla Laser is a fast-growing manufacturing company specialising in laser cutting, CNC bending and fabrication.
We're looking for a Junior Account Manager to support and develop customer relationships while learning the commercial side of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in account management within a modern engineering environment.
You'll work alongside experienced team members, gaining hands-on experience managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating projects and helping grow customer accounts.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing customer enquiries and providing excellent service
- Preparing quotations and following up opportunities
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Supporting projects from enquiry through to delivery
- Working closely with production to ensure customer requirements are met
- Identifying opportunities to increase customer spend
- Helping achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Resolving customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate customer records and account information
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Commercial awareness and willingness to learn
- Confidence speaking with customers and solving problems
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing or engineering experience is beneficial but not essential
- Experience in customer service, sales or account management is advantageous
