Job description
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse cleaning and recycling Operatives at our DHL Rushden site. The address for the site is DHL Rushden, Spire Road, NN100FN.
The Work Schedules available:
Monday to Friday 1400-1700 (15 hours a week)
You will work as part of a team to carry out recycling and cleaning of the site. You will provide great service to our clients by ensuring that standards are maintained. You will have high standards of cleanliness naturally and take pride in the work that you do.
You will report to the Service Delivery Manager.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all waste and recycling is sorted following instruction
- Adhere to all ISM and client health and safety rules and requirements
- Wear any required personal protective equipment (PPE) or site-specific clothing as directed
- Report anything in need of repair or replacement
- Maintain good relations with client staff, contractors and visitors to the site
- May be asked to carry out other tasks as may be required by the Area Manager to fulfil client or ISM requirements
Skills Required
- Work on their own initiative and organise their own time as they will be managed remotely
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a team
- React to feedback appropriately to provide great service to customers
- Good attention to detail to deliver high standards
- Good written and verbal communication skills are essential to communicate with customers and managers and comply with Health & Safety regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience of recycling is desired, but not essential
- The ability to learn, and the capability to develop skills further
