Due to growth and expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Supervisor position.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and fashion and would thrive in a busy environment and be part of the lovely Simmi Team.
The Role
As a Sales Supervisor you will be expected to lead the general operation of the store, ensuring that the store operates efficiently and effectively on a day to day basis.
The Sales Supervisor will be required to deliver exceptional customer service and take responsibility for the service and sales goals to ensure the maximisation of profitability. To be self motivated, with the ability to work autonomously, using your time effectively and planning efficiently.
Main Duties will include but not limited to:
* Help to Manage day to day operation of the store
* Deliver excellent customer service, dealing with enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Have brand & product knowledge
* To ensure that stock takes are conducted correctly
* To ensure that the appearance of the store is maintained to a high standard
* To maintain the security of the store
* Communicate regularly with owner of the business
* Demonstrates excellent computer skills, enabling maintenance and updating of the store’s website.
* Has a sound understanding of social media platforms and happy to take part in lives and also wearing clothes for pictures daily to show all clothing.
* Understanding of local market and Customer needs.
To be considered for this role the following skills are required:

* Excellent time management
Previous experience in fashion retail essential. We are looking for someone with a can do attitude who is confident, positive and enthusiastic and not afraid to use initiative. Flexibility is required to meet business needs and customer needs including occasional evenings and also working weekends.
Salary Starting from £25,500 FTE depending on experience
Additional pay: Pension, bonus scheme and generous staff discounts.
