- Parts Supervisor
- Previous automotive parts experience essential
Salary:
- Basic salary £27,128 per year
- Plus bonus potential of £4,300 per year
- OTE £31,500
Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- No Weekends
What does the role of Parts Supervisor involve?
- Provide an excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner
- Ensure all needs and requirements for parts are met through your personal knowledge of products
- Use Manufacturers Electronic Parts Catalogues and ordering systems effectively for our customers' needs
- Work with manufacturers, industry colleagues and customers, being their first port of call when they have a query
What do you need to succeed as Parts Supervisor?
- Experience gained within the motor industry and with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts
- Be comfortable liaising via phone, email and face to face
- People-focused and an inspirational team player
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Customer facing experience
- Proficient in IT systems and packages
