The Role
We’re looking for a Server/Bartender to join us. You’ll be looking after guests on the floor and behind the bar — taking orders, making drinks, and making sure people leave happy.
What you’ll do
- Welcome guests, take food and drink orders, and give friendly, attentive service
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer and soft drinks
- Run your own section during service and keep on top of multiple tables
- Handle card and cash payments accurately
- Keep the bar and dining areas clean, stocked and tidy
- Work with the kitchen team to get food out promptly and correctly
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar is preferred — but if you’re new to it and you’re a quick learner who’s genuinely keen, we’d still like to hear from you
- A real willingness to learn: about our menu, our drinks, and how we do things
- Reliable and punctual, with a disciplined approach to your shifts
- Warm, friendly and approachable with guests
- Well-presented, clean and tidy in appearance
- Able to stay calm and organised when the restaurant is busy
- Takes direction well and works closely with the rest of the team
- Must be 18 or over (alcohol service) and have the right to work in the UK
