Overview
As a Part-Time (20 hours a week) Warranty Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the relationship between the dealership, customers, and manufacturers. Based at our SEAT/Cupra dealership in Hull, you will ensure all warranty administration is completed accurately and in line with manufacturer standards.
Essentials (You Must Have)

Proven administrative experience, ideally within the motor industry

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work efficiently within manufacturer guidelines and deadlines

Experience using dealer management systems
Key Responsibilities

Check and process warranty claims to manufacturer standards

Submit all invoiced warranty jobs accurately and on time

Manage and resolve rejected warranty claims

Support the Accounts team with warranty payment reconciliation

Maintain accurate records within internal systems

Liaise with service teams, sites, and manufacturers regarding warranty queries
About You

Confident using dealer management systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office

Experience within warranty, service, or automotive administration is desirable

Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple deadlines

Proactive, team-focused, and detail-oriented
