Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Support the team during meal service by plating dishes and ensuring timely delivery to guests.
- Follow recipes accurately and learn various cooking techniques to expand culinary skills.
- Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages or expired items.
- Participate in kitchen cleaning routines, including washing utensils, equipment, and maintaining overall sanitation.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene practices is a plus.
