However paid or unpaid experience working in a kitchen would be desirable
SKILLS
The ability to:
- carry our tasks quickly
- work on your own and use your iniative
- remain calm under pressure
- follow instructions from Head Chef and others in the team
EXAMPLES OF DAILY TASKS
- checking and unloading deliveries of foods and dry goods
- keeping the dry store tidy
- collecting and washing pots, pans, plates and cutlery
- washing and disinfecting kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls
- getting pots, pans plates and cutlery back into use as soon as possible
- making sure kitchen equipment is properly stored
- removing and recycling waste from the kitchen
- looking after the food and general waste external bins
You will also help with basic food preparation for the Chef

Experience:
- Dishwashers & Kitchen Porters: 1 year (preferred)
