We are currently recruiting for a variety of full-time or part-time positions for our established setting in the countryside:
- Qualified Montessori teacher/level 3 practitioner
- Forest School Lead (could be someone unqualified willing to train)
- 1:1 support worker
Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children’s natural curiosity
- Implement Montessori & Forest School principles and techniques to foster independence and a love for learning
- Observe and assess children’s progress and plan and facilitate their holistic development
- Collaborate with other professionals and parents/carers to ensure each child is supported both at home and at school
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills(A full job specification will be provided upon request or application)

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to always put the child at the forefront of everything we do

Pay: £15,000.00-£33,500.00 per year
