Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing work surfaces
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure hygiene and compliance with health regulations
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels
- Support serving staff by preparing meals for delivery or table service as needed
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues and adhering to operational procedures
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards is advantageous
- Experience working in a restaurant or similar food service environment is a plus
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently under pressure
