Assistant Leisure Manager
We are looking for an inspiring and motivating leader within our Ladram Leisure department.
If you have a positive and proactive approach to work, enjoy the challenges of leading a team of leisure staff whilst striving for excellent in creating memorable experiences to our guests, then we would love to hear from you. Ideally, you'll have previous experience as a Leisure Assistant, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a leisure environment.
A National Pool Lifeguard and Pool Plant Operator Qualification is essential or the ability to achieve these qualifications as training will be provided to the right candidate. A nationally recognised Fitness Instructing and/or Swimming Teaching qualification is desirable, but not essential.
A day at the weekend is essential.
Full driving license and living within a commutable distance as accommodation is not provided.

Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
