Duties
- Safely operate a commercial van or delivery vehicle to collect payments from customers at various locations.
- Follow designated routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers during collection visits, answering questions and providing excellent service.
- Verify payment amounts, process transactions accurately, and update records promptly.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and proper functioning.
- Maintain detailed logs of collections, routes, and customer interactions for reporting purposes.
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as loading or unloading goods when necessary, including heavy lifting.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a delivery driver or collection driver is preferred; a strong driving record is essential.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history; experience operating vans or similar commercial vehicles is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with warehouse operations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and route planning.
- Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with logistics and handling goods.

Pay: £10.83-£12.71 per hour
