- Reviewing construction drawings, specifications and relevant documentation.
- Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise.
- Coordinating with the Project Manager, Contracts manager, design team, consultants and subcontractors.
- Maintaining accurate site records, daily diaries and progress information.
- Monitoring health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Ensuring RAMS are understood and followed by the workforce.
- Conducting regular inspections and quality checks.
- Managing snagging and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
- Supporting the commissioning, handover and close-out of the project.
- Maintaining a professional and well-organised site environment.
About You

- The ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong subcontractor and workforce management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems.
- The ability to work independently and make informed decisions on site.
- A strong eye for quality and attention to detail.
