Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Outbound Sales Advisors to join our team in Glasgow.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound engagement with small and medium-sized businesses. You will identify potential customers, build relationships, understand their requirements, and present tailored solutions that deliver value.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to prospective SME customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Contact existing customers to identify opportunities for account growth and additional service uptake.
- Build strong relationships with customers through professional and consultative sales conversations.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Accurately record customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed individual, team, and business sales targets.
- Support campaign activities designed to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.
- Ensure all sales activity complies with GDPR, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives and share best practices.
- Support contract administration and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously develop sales skills, product knowledge, and industry awareness.

Working Location
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Glasgow.
Pay: £13.45 per hour
