Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Site Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily construction site operations to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and safely
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless communication and workflow
- Monitor progress against project schedules using Microsoft Project (a project management software for planning and controlling large projects)
- Manage site safety protocols rigorously, conducting regular inspections and enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supervise on-site personnel, including subcontractors and labor teams, providing clear guidance and performance feedback
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets design specifications and industry standards
- Maintain detailed documentation of site activities, progress reports, incident logs, and safety records
- Address unforeseen issues promptly by troubleshooting problems and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track
Experience
- Proven management experience in overseeing large-scale construction sites or infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated supervising experience with multiple teams or subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or BlueBeam.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar project management tools for scheduling and resource allocation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in documentation and reporting
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations
