Greenkeeper (Full-Time - Permanent)

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Greenkeeper to join the team at Sutton Bridge Golf Club, a well-established and welcoming course.
This is a permanent position with flexible working hours, available on a full-time basis.
About the role
As our Greenkeeper, you will play a key part in maintaining and improving the overall presentation and playability of the golf course. Working as part of a small team, you will help ensure the course remains in excellent condition for members and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Maintaining greens, fairways, tees, and surrounding areas
- Operating and maintaining ground care machinery
- Carrying out routine turf management tasks (mowing, aeration, divoting, etc.)
- Supporting course improvements and preparation for competitions
- Ensuring health & safety standards are always followed
About you
- Previous greenkeeping experience is required
- Knowledge of turf care and machinery operation
- A strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to work early mornings, weekends, and seasonal hours as needed
