We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to run our nursery. In this role, you will ensure that all daily tasks related to the nursery are completed. The Manager must be aware of everything going on in the Nursery, as they are ultimately responsible for it.
The Manager must ensure that the Deputy and Staff are sufficiently trained, mentored and monitored to ensure that they carry out these tasks in accordance with the law, Lucky Beans Childcare Policies and Procedures and the best interests of the Nursery to ensure: A high standard of physical, personal, emotional, social and intellectual education and care for all children in the Nursery.
The ability to handle a busy schedule and multi-task is necessary in this position, as well as an understanding of child development.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to look after children in a nursery setting.
- Be able to support and inspire staff and children.
- Be a leader and mentor.
- Have the ability to manage a busy, fast paced environment.

Pay: Up to £48,000.00 per year
