Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate hospitality and culinary operations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Support menu implementation and operational planning.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Assist with staff training initiatives.
- Ensure food safety and operational compliance.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Management, or related discipline.
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
Pay: £66,000.00 per year
