- 6 week training course leading to employment as an Assistant Early Years Practitioner or an Apprenticeship with leading London nursery providers.
- Deliver our ‘learning through play’ curriculum with care and flair.
- Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
- Support the planning of innovative, challenging learning experiences that encourage child development.
- Support with high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
- Help supervise mealtimes in line with safety policies.
- Complete daily health & safety checks thoroughly, escalating concerns where needed.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
- Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice.
- Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Help with day-to-day tasks that keep the nursery running smoothly.
