Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, demonstrating proficiency in using various hand and power tools. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using a variety of materials including slate, tile, and flat roofing systems.
- Perform heavy lifting as required when handling roofing materials and equipment.
- Fabricate components as needed for roofing systems.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete projects within deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections of roofs to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar construction role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing tasks.
- Ability to weld when necessary for specific roofing applications.
