Bridgegate Security is recruiting Door Supervisors to join the security team at GASWRX, Birmingham's major new event space in the heart of Digbeth.
Opening in September 2026, GASWRX is set to become a significant addition to Birmingham's events and nightlife scene, bringing a historic Digbeth industrial building back to life as a large scale destination for live music, club nights, entertainment, sporting events and major events throughout the year.
With multiple event spaces and a varied programme ranging from major club nights to large scale live events, GASWRX will require a substantial, professionally managed security operation.

Whether you're an experienced Door Supervisor looking for regular work at a major venue, or a professional SIA licence holder looking to develop your experience within large scale events, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Get

What We're Looking For
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence – essential
- Smart, professional presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident working within large, busy crowds
- Comfortable carrying out searches and entry procedures
- Reliable, punctual and team focused
- Able to remain calm and professional in high pressure environments
- Comfortable taking direction and working within a structured security operation
Previous experience within events, nightlife, stadiums or high footfall venues is advantageous, but not essential.
