Hours of work: 11 hours per week, Monday- Wednesday 9-12pm and Thursday 9-11am
Working pattern: Part-time, term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)

We are looking for a gifted INA to join our school team to work with a pupil to support the provision in their EHCP. Experience working with pupils with complex needs including autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder would be welcome.
The ideal candidate will:
Be enthusiastic and committed to developing the whole child, both personally and academically and have a passion for learning,
Be highly motivated, work well as part of a small team and be committed to engaging with pupils in a positive, calm and caring way.
Have experience of delivering individual support plans under the direction of the class teacher and some knowledge of sensory circuits, emotional regulation strategies and other similar supports
You will be working alongside and supporting the class teacher and SENDCO to ensure a safe, stimulating and caring environment for the pupil you are supporting. You will have high expectations of the students within your care, manage behaviour effectively and ensure a productive and safe learning environment.
