You will monitor operational KPIs and performance trends, using data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas requiring intervention to support the achievement of site objectives.
You will also be expected to identify operational bottlenecks and understand their impact on overall warehouse performance. This includes applying root cause analysis techniques to investigate issues, collaborating with multiple teams to gather and share information, and contributing to the development of effective solutions.
