The Office of Philanthropic Partnerships and Alumni (OPPA) works with the University's global community of alumni, volunteers and donors to find new ways to tackle inequality, support society-changing research, and help every student succeed.
As the Gift Administrator you will be responsible for processing and accurately recording donations to the University. You will be handling all aspects of single, regular and pledged donations, including Gift Aid and acknowledgment, while providing efficient customer service to the University’s donors.
- Provide administrative support for Telethon fundraising campaigns, processing call outcomes and donations taken via the calling software.
- Keep personal and donation records up-to-date on the Alumni CRM and other relevant systems.
- Process monthly donations via direct debit, GAYE and standing order.
- Reconcil and submit payment requests for successful projects on our crowdfunding platform.
- Excellent numeracy skills with exceptional levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel with experience of using CRMs
- Experience in a varied administrative role, successfully balancing competing priorities.
- A track record of providing excellent customer service to a range of stakeholders.
