Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our expanding clinical team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or physiotherapists with at least one year of UK clinical experience who are eager to develop their skills within a supportive and forward-thinking healthcare setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering personalised, evidence-based treatment programmes to improve patients’ mobility, function, and overall well-being. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated and holistic patient care across a variety of conditions, including acute injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic conditions.
This position also offers exposure to advanced therapies such as injections, prolotherapy, ozone therapy, and electrotherapy, with full training provided where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including mobility, strength, pain levels, and functional ability
- Develop and deliver individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs
- Apply evidence-based physiotherapy techniques including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy
- Administer advanced therapies (training provided where required)
- Monitor and review patient progress, adjusting treatment plans to optimise outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and lifestyle management
- Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and patient records
- Participate in ongoing training, CPD, and clinical development sessions
What We’re Looking For
We are recruiting for multiple Physiotherapist roles as part of our growing team in London. We welcome applications from:
- Recently qualified Physiotherapists with UK clinical experience
- Experienced Physiotherapists interested in advanced and regenerative therapies
Candidates should have:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach
- A commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice
Qualifications
- Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution
- HCPC registration (or eligibility to register)
- UK clinical experience preferred
- Experience in hospital or paediatric settings is an advantage but not essential
