About the Role
As a Deputy Room Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Room Leader with the smooth day-to-day running of the room. You will help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment, support the development of junior team members, and ensure high standards of care and education are consistently maintained.
You will work closely with the Room Leader to plan engaging learning experiences, monitor children's progress, build positive relationships with families and contribute to the overall success of the room.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within an early years setting
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and education
