We are currently recruiting for both Registered Manager and Deputy Manager positions within Children's Residential Care services in the Norbury, Croydon area.

Registered Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operation of the home
- Drive positive outcomes for young people
- Maintain Ofsted compliance and safeguarding standards
- Develop and inspire high-performing teams
- Build relationships with local authorities and professionals
Deputy Manager Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations
- Lead shifts and mentor care staff
- Promote positive outcomes and safeguarding practices
- Support recruitment, training, and staff development
- Assist with quality assurance and compliance
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience within Children's Residential Care
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Children's Home Regulations
- Leadership experience within a residential childcare setting
- Full UK Driving Licence
Additional Requirements
For Registered Managers:
- Registered Manager experience OR substantial Deputy Manager experience
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
For Deputy Managers:
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Essential)
- Experience at Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager level
