Job Overview
Based in South Wimbledon we cover the whole of London but we are mostly working in Central London for LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) installations and vinyl safety flooring. We are a small team of highly skilled and dedicated professional floor layers.
We are looking for a subcontractor to work in our team.
You must have several years experience fitting these floors. You must be able to fit it to the very highest standards, fit all patterns from herringbone to the intricate Victorian style deco tiles. Vinyl safety floor and cap and cove is a bonus.
You need to have a fundamental understanding of sub-floors, be able to fit flooring grade plyboard to a high standard, screed and sand floors and do whatever it takes what is required to make them meet the standards for hard-flooring.
You need your own transport and tools.
You must be able to work all over London (although most of our work is Central and South London) and you must live in London.
Reliability, punctuality, politeness, common sense and good appearance go without saying. A good nature, a 'can-do' attitude and sunny disposition is essential. A good command of English is required as our customers are likely to want to talk to you.
Payments - weekly
Technology - you must be able to use our app, take photos and videos before during and after the project and get job sign-off from the customer. It is key, if this is beyond you or you don't care about this aspect of the job, please do not apply.

We offer project pricing and per m2 rates that often work out a lot more than £400 per day. We pay weekly and on time. We are firm but fair and we can offer the right person steady work, maybe to supplement your own, for many years to come.
Just so we are clear
1) You must have vast and recent experience of fitting lino, you will be one of the best floor layers in the City.
2) You must live in London
3) You must have a van and all your own tools
4) You need some availibilty. If you are always busy you don't us so really no need to apply
5) We are searching for a consumate professional. Someone who does what they say they will do, arrives on time, respects us and the end customer, owns their own mistakes and fixes them.
Pay: £90,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
