We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong sales acumen, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone. Proficiency in English is essential.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
- Utilise Salesforce or other software to manage leads and track interactions.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and features to potential customers.
- Handle objections and questions from clients with professionalism and confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes, and follow-up actions required.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion.
- Achieve individual and team targets set by management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is essensial.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude towards achieving goals and overcoming challenges.
