Design & Installation Manager (Plants & Maintenance)

About the Role
We are looking for a hands on Design & Installation Manager to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role combining plant design, installation management, and ongoing maintenance for a portfolio of high-end commercial and residential clients.
Working with luxury interior planting schemes, you will oversee projects from concept through to installation, while also supporting plant care and maintenance to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan interior plant displays and installations.
- Manage and carry out plant installations at prestigious client locations.
- Lead projects from initial brief through to completion.
- Conduct regular plant maintenance visits and quality checks.
- Ensure high presentation standards across all client sites.
- Train and support team members where required.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding service.
- Assist with stock management, logistics, and project scheduling.
About You
- Passion for plants, design, and creating exceptional environments.
- Practical, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Confident working independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and personable when dealing with clients.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Previous experience in interiorscaping, horticulture, facilities management, landscaping, retail visual merchandising, or a similar field is advantageous but not essential.
