Pay: Pay is in line with National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage guidelines, starting from £10.85–£12.71 per hour depending on age and experience.

The Role
As the face of our Oswestry branch, you’ll be the first point of contact for our local trade professionals and DIY enthusiasts.
- Expert Advice: Help customers select the right landscaping and building materials.
- Sales Support: Create accurate quotes and collaborate with the External Sales team.
- Branch Operations: Handle phone enquiries, manage "goods-in" tasks, and ensure the counter area is professional and welcoming.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term rapport with our regular trade clients.
What You’ll Need
- A People Person: A proven background in customer service with a confident communication style.
- Energy: The ability to take initiative in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: A "can-do" attitude toward varied tasks, from quoting to stock maintenance.
- Experience in a builders’ merchant is a plus, but if you have a strong willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!
