We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Consultant to join our Client’s team at their modern office in Macclesfield, Cheshire.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyse client needs effectively.
This role is pivotal in providing tailored solutions and enhancing client satisfaction whilst working in a Corporate Insolvency environment.
Responsibilities.
- To engage with clients via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Conduct thorough analyses of client requirements to provide tailored recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clarity and understanding of services offered.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records.
- Upsell additional services based on client needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyse information and present solutions.
- Previous experience in a consulting role or customer service is an advantage.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling and meeting client needs.
