Job Title: Experienced Teaching Assistant (Level 3)

Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Harborne on a full-time, long-term basis.
The Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support learning across the primary age range, helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. You will play a key role in enhancing children’s learning and supporting their academic and personal development.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working within a primary school setting (essential)
- Experience supporting children with additional needs (desirable)
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for working with children
- The ability to support learning both in groups and on a one-to-one basis
