About the Role
This role is suitable for an organised professional who can support multiple projects, maintain accurate documentation, coordinate stakeholders, and help ensure that project activities are completed according to agreed timelines.
You will work closely with project managers, operational teams, suppliers, clients, and internal departments to keep project information organised, track actions, and support the successful delivery of business and technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and day-to-day project administration.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, action logs, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up actions.
- Track project milestones and highlight potential delays.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and shared records.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Monitor outstanding project actions and follow up with responsible stakeholders.
- Assist with preparing project-status reports and management updates.
- Support the preparation of presentations, documentation, and project packs.
- Maintain risk, issue, and decision logs.
- Support procurement activities and track project-related purchase orders.
- Coordinate supplier and contractor documentation.
- Assist with resource planning and scheduling.
- Track project costs and support basic budget monitoring.
- Maintain change-request and project-approval records.
- Support testing, implementation, and project handover activities.
- Coordinate training sessions and implementation communications where required.
- Help maintain project governance and document-control standards.
- Identify administrative or process issues that may affect project delivery.
- Support continuous improvement of project-management processes.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, operations, business support, or a related position.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience maintaining project plans, trackers, and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare clear reports and meeting documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Confidence communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and escalate project risks or delays.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a wider project team.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- A qualification in project management, business administration, operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or a similar project-management platform.
- Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile, or other project-delivery methodologies.
- Experience supporting IT, engineering, construction, marine, or business-change projects.
- Knowledge of project risk and issue management.
- Experience coordinating suppliers or contractors.
- Familiarity with document-control and version-management procedures.
- Experience preparing project dashboards or performance reports.
- Knowledge of procurement and purchase-order processes.
- PRINCE2 Foundation or another recognised project-management qualification.
- Experience supporting project implementation or change-management activities.

Pay: £2,800.00-£3,000.00 per month
