Your typical working pattern would be 8.30-5pm Monday-Friday, with no weekends or bank holidays.
This is an in-person position and you would be based at the Exeter Office (25-26 Apple Lane, Exeter EX2 5GL), reporting to Amy Booth (Customer Support Manager).
Job Description:
This role will encompass every aspect of customer care and will be a vital in responding to all customer dealings, whether this be over the telephone or via email. Please see below a comprehensive list of duties and responsibilities:
- Incoming and outgoing communication with customers
- Processing of orders, raising of exchange or repair requests
- Assisting our Sales Team, in chasing up delivery or installation times.
- Practicing good customer service in accordance with the company’s work ethic.
