Part-time 3 days a week
· Are you positive, energetic, self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile?
· Are you able to run a busy front of house reception delivering exceptional customer service to our patients?
· Do you have excellent customer service and communication skills?
· Are you caring and interested in health and wellness?
· Are you great at multi-tasking, with great IT, administration and organisational skills?
· Are you flexible to cover additional shifts when required due to sickness or annual leave?
Then this is the job for you
· You will run a busy welcome area with a wide range of duties, including answering the telephone, booking patients appointments, taking payments and delivering a WOW service to our patients
· You will learn about chiropractic, spinal decompression (IDD), massage and how to support the chiropractic and massage teams
· You will be supported by our close team
Working hours:
Wednesday – 8.30am until 1.15/1.30pm (Lunch) 2.40pm until 7.15/7.30pm
Thursday – 8.30am until 1.15/1.30pm (Lunch) 2.40pm until 7.15/7.30pm
Friday – 8.30am until 1.15/1.30pm (Lunch) 2.40pm until 7.15/7.30pm

· Carrying out requests from management as needed
· Maintaining stock levels
· Answering emails
· Telesales and marketing events
· Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
· Greeting and welcoming visitors
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £18,525.00-£19,266.00 per year
