We're now looking for a OMS and Performance Trainer to drive operational performance and compliance by managing OMS training standards, coordinating resource planning, and Control Room operations.
The role ensures that all colleagues are trained, resourced and deployed effectively to meet throughput, productivity, and budget targets.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Manage and deliver the training schedule in line with OMS requirements

Maintain and update the training matrix, ensuring full compliance and audit readiness

Plan and coordinate labour resources based on forecasted volumes, productivity, and operational budgets

Produce and maintain Work Instructions (WIs) and Single Point Lessons (SPLs)

Support Continuous Improvement (CI), CAPA, and Gemba activities
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Experience within a supply chain or warehouse environment (2+ year)

OMS experience (2 years + preferred)

Advanced IT skills (Excel, WMS, Power BI, Smart Operations & OMS Tools)

Strong analytical and numerical capability

Excellent organisational and communication skills
