We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Sous chef to join a dynamic small team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about food, hospitality, and management to develop their skills within a supportive environment.
We are an independent pub and restaurant serving French cuisine for up to 60 covers, private functions (from buffet style to sit down) in our marquee.
The successful candidate will assist in various kitchen and service operations, supporting senior staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong chef de partie to progress to the next level.
Previous experience in food production, cooking, hotel or restaurant settings is highly desirable, but most important a keen attitude, willingness to learn and be involved in food development.

Pay: £24,824.28-£30,000.00 per year
