Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the garage team, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing, ensuring all work meets quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all workshop activities.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and labour hours for each vehicle.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on mechanical issues.
- Engage with customers to help book in and handle any enquiries
Desirables
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle repairs and diagnostics.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team efficiently.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and stock management. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with a passion for automotive work and team leadership, committed to delivering exceptional service standards within a fast-paced environment.
